The menu, created by Chef Adelino (Lino), features a combination of hot and cold tapas, smaller versions of SABOR’s bestsellers, and some of  Spain’s finest imports, including chorizo Iberico, 36-month-aged jamon Iberico de bellota, and jamon serrano, all served for sharing.
