Founded by childhood friends Christian Mena and Adelino Oliveira, BODEGA Tapas Bar by SABOR brings the tradition of indulging in while enjoying wine or sherry with friends to the prairies, just as the Spaniards have been doing since before the 19th century.

The menu, created by Chef Adelino features a combination of hot and cold tapas, to-share versions of flagship restaurant SABOR’s best sellers combined with Spain’s finest imports including chorizo iberico, 36 month aged jamon Iberico de bellota and jamon serrano, all served for sharing.

On any given day – enjoy the ever-changing offerings of wine by the glass curated by award winning sommeliers and treasures sourced by Christian and Lino themselves and just like you’d find in Madrid and Barcelona there is no better spots in the city to enjoy a pitcher of Sangria or a coupe of Spanish gin and tonic.
